PENGARUH TERAPI OKUPASI MOTORIK HALUS MENGGUNTING DAN MENEMPEL TERHADAP KREATIVITAS ANAK TUNAGRAHITA DI SLB N PURWOSARI KUDUS

Abstract
Kreativitas adalah potensi penting yang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini karena berperan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, imajinasi, dan kemandirian anak dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Pada anak tunagrahita, stimulasi kreativitas dapat dilakukan melalui terapi okupasi motorik halus, salah satunya melalui kegiatan menggunting dan menempel. Terapi okupasi adalah intervensi non-farmakologis yang bertujuan meningkatkan motorik halus dan kreativitas melalui aktivitas yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelaksanaan terapi okupasi motorik halus melalui kegiatan menggunting dan menempel terhadap tingkat kreativitas anak tunagrahita di SLB N Purwosari Kudus. Metode : Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain One Group Pre-Test Post-Test. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 anak tunagrahita yang pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi kreativitas dan buku kerja terapi okupasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik responden dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk membandingkan dua data berpasangan. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terapi okupasi motorik halus menggunting dan menempel terhadap kreativitas anak tunagrahita di SLB N Purwosari Kudus, dengan nilai p value = 0,000 (0,05). Kesimpulan : Terapi okupasi motorik halus menggunting dan menempel terbukti efektif memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas anak tunagrahita di SLB N Purwosari Kudus.

ABSTRACT
Creativity is an important potential that needs to be developed from an early age, because it plays a role in increasing children's self-confidence, imagination, and independence in daily activities. For children with special needs, creativity stimulation can be done through fine motor occupational therapy, one of which is through cutting and pasting activities. Occupational therapy is a non-pharmacological intervention that aims to improve fine motor skills and creativity through meaningful and enjoyable activities. This study aims to examine the effect of implementing fine motor occupational therapy through cutting and pasting activities on the level of creativity of children with special needs at SLB N Purwosari Kudus. Method: This study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test design. The research sample was 34 children with special needs selected using a total sampling technique. The research instruments were creativity observation sheets and occupational therapy workbooks. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the characteristics of respondents and bivariately using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to compare two sets of paired data. Results: This study shows the influence of fine motor occupational therapy with the cutting and sticking method on the creativity of children with intellectual disabilities at SLB N Purwosari Kudus, with a value (P value = 0.000). Conclusion: Fine motor occupational therapy with the cutting and sticking method has been proven to be effective in providing a positive influence on increasing the creativity of children with intellectual disabilities at SLB N Purwosari Kudus.
