FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN ASUPAN ASAM LEMAK TAK JENUH GANDA PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI WILAYAH BOGOR TAHUN 2025

Abstract
Kecukupan asam lemak tak jenuh ganda saat kehamilan dikaitkan dengan pengurangan risiko komplikasi kehamilan dan pertumbuhan janin yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan asupan asam lemak tak jenuh ganda pada ibu hamil trimester III di Kabupaten dan Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Semplak, Pakansari, Sukamaju, dan Sindangbarang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 124 ibu hamil dengan usia kandungan 26-32 minggu. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) sebelum hamil sebagai factor yang berhubungan dengan asupan PUFA ibu hamil. berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistic ganda, terdapat 4 faktor yang merupakan confounding dari asupan PUFA ibu hamil yaitu pendapatan, IMT pra hamil, Riwayat hamil, dan keragaman pangan. Diperlukan adanya pemantauan status gizi ibu sebelum hamil serta menekankan pentingnya konsumsi sumber makanan tinggi omega 3 selama kehamilan.
